Terms of Service

Last updated 19 September 2026. These terms apply between you and Kindelo Studio, Vietnam ("we", "us"), the operator of Kindelo.

1. What the service is

Kindelo is a Chrome extension and supporting server that writes English marketplace text for Etsy, Amazon and eBay sellers. It does two things:

• It turns product notes you supply into a draft listing — a title, tags, bullet points and a description — formatted for the marketplace you choose, one at a time or in bulk from a CSV.
• It turns a buyer message you paste in, plus your own notes on what you want to say, into a draft English reply for the same marketplaces, as a private message or a public review response.

In these terms, "the service" means the extension and that server together, and using it means you accept these terms.

2. Your content stays yours

The product notes you enter, the buyer messages you paste in, and the listings and replies generated from them belong to you. We claim no rights over any of it. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell, rent or publish it. See the privacy policy for how the text is handled in transit.

3. The output is a draft, and you are responsible for it

Listings and replies are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Read every one before you publish or send it. You are responsible for what you upload to a marketplace or send to a buyer, including its accuracy, its compliance with that marketplace's policies, and any intellectual-property claims arising from it. A reply is a message from you, and anything it states is a commitment you make — check it, and fill in every marked blank, before you send. We are not liable if a marketplace rejects, demotes, removes or suspends your listing or your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not enter other people's personal data.
• Do not use the service for unlawful content, or content that infringes a third party's trademark or copyright.
• Do not attempt to resell, sublicense or rebrand the service as your own.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or disrupt it for others.

5. Licence scope

One licence covers one seller. Sharing a licence key so that several people generate listings or replies from it is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend the key. If you need seats for a team, email us.

6. Quotas

The free trial allows 10 generations. A paid licence allows 3,000 generations per billing period, shared across all marketplaces and both jobs — a listing and a reply each count as one. The counter resets at the start of each period, and unused generations do not carry over.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments acting as merchant of record. They handle the transaction, the invoice, and any sales tax or VAT due in your country. We never see or store your card details. Refunds and cancellation are covered in the refund policy.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without a guaranteed uptime commitment. If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours within a billing period, email us and we will refund that period pro rata.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost rankings or lost marketplace accounts.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time; cancelling is described in the refund and cancellation policy. We may suspend a licence that breaches these terms, and will explain why by email when we do.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and material changes are noted in the extension's Chrome Web Store description. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
