The problem it solves

A seller seven time zones from their buyers can describe a product perfectly in their own language and still lose the sale to the listing. Machine translation produces English that reads as machine translation, and a freelance copywriter costs $5–15 per listing — which does not scale to a catalogue of two hundred.

Publishing the listing is only the first English-language problem. The second one arrives in the inbox: a buyer asks where their parcel is, or leaves a two-star review, and the answer has to read like a native shop owner — quickly, because every one of these marketplaces scores sellers on how fast they respond. That is the same writing problem, on a deadline, and it is why both jobs live in one extension.

On top of that, every marketplace enforces its own hard limits on a listing, and going over them means it is rejected at upload or buried in search:

Kindelo writes to those limits and counts every field as it goes. Counters turn red the moment something runs over, so nothing gets rejected at upload time.

How it works

The popup opens on two tabs — Write a listing and Reply to a buyer. The marketplace you pick applies to both, because you sell and you answer in the same place.

Writing a listing

  1. Paste your notes. Vietnamese, mixed Vietnamese-English, or rough English — whatever you already wrote down. Shorthand and missing punctuation are fine.
  2. Pick the marketplace. Etsy, Amazon or eBay. Each has its own rules, and the extension applies them rather than producing one generic listing.
  3. Copy the result. Title, tags, bullets and description, each in its own field with a character counter, ready to paste into the marketplace form.

Replying to a buyer

Switch to the second tab, paste what the buyer wrote, and add a note — in your own language — about what you want to say back. Kindelo writes the English reply, as a private message or a public review response, in the tone you choose.

It does not answer on your behalf. It states only what you told it, and where a reply would need a fact you did not give — a ship date, a tracking number, a return window — it leaves a marked blank and lists it underneath instead of inventing one. A delivery date an AI made up is a promise in your name.

Each marketplace also polices its own messages. Amazon, for instance, forbids links, contact details and asking for reviews, and breaking those rules costs selling privileges rather than a warning. Those rules are part of how the reply gets written, not a checklist you have to remember at eleven at night.

Bulk mode

For a whole catalogue, paste a sheet straight from Google Sheets or Excel, or choose a CSV file. Kindelo finds the description column, processes rows in parallel with per-row progress, and returns a CSV with title, tags, bullets and description columns appended, ready to import.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). VAT or GST is added at checkout where your country requires it, and is shown before you confirm.

Billing is monthly and recurring until you cancel. A full refund is available within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

How a customer buys

  1. Install the Kindelo extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Use the 10 free generations inside the extension — no card and no account needed.
  3. When the trial runs out, press the upgrade button in the extension. It opens a Dodo Payments checkout page.
  4. Pay by international card. Dodo Payments emails the invoice and a licence key to the address entered at checkout.
  5. Paste the licence key into the extension's settings. The quota unlocks to 3,000 generations per month and renews each billing period.

Delivery is immediate and automatic. Nothing is fulfilled by hand, and there is no step where a customer emails us and waits for access.

What Kindelo is not

It is not a translator. Translating a Vietnamese sentence word for word is exactly what produces listings that no one finds — the phrasing that ranks on Etsy is not the phrasing that is literally correct. Kindelo rewrites for how buyers in the destination market actually search.

It is not an autoresponder either. It never sends anything, never reads your inbox, and never speaks for you: every reply is a draft you read, complete and send yourself.

And it is not a substitute for your own judgement. The output is generated by an AI model, and you should read it before you publish or send it. The extension is built to avoid the things that get sellers into trouble — invented measurements, banned promotional wording, a material named wrong, a shipping date nobody promised — but you are the one who knows your product and your buyer.

Questions

Do I need an account?
No. The free trial needs no sign-up, and a paid licence is a key you paste into the extension. We never ask for a password.
What does the extension see?
Only the text you type or the file you choose. It requests no website access permissions at all, so it cannot read your tabs, your browsing history, or any page you visit. See the privacy policy.
Is my text stored?
No. Your product notes and any buyer message you paste in are sent to our server, forwarded to the AI model provider to generate the result, and not retained.
Do listings and replies share one quota?
Yes — one counter for both. A listing and a reply each use one generation from the same monthly allowance. There is nothing extra to buy and no second subscription.
Does it reply to buyers automatically?
No. It writes a draft in the popup; you read it, fill in anything it deliberately left blank, and send it yourself from the marketplace. The extension has no access to your inbox.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. See refunds and cancellation.
Which languages can I write in?
Vietnamese and English are what we test against, for both your product notes and your reply notes. The output is always US English.
